> GameClip has a 14-day refund guarantee on Lifetime and on the first AI Director payment. Request it yourself in your account; the key is revoked.

If GameClip isn’t for you, you get your money back. No forms to email, no questions you have to justify.

## The 14-day guarantee

- **GameClip Lifetime:** request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
- **AI Director:** the 7-day trial is free. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged. After the trial, you can request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of it.

## How to get it

Sign in to your [account](https://gameclip.io/account), find your key and press **Request a refund**. Tell us in a few words why, so we can make GameClip better. The refund goes through Stripe right away; it usually reaches your card in 5 to 10 days.

## What happens to the key

A refunded key stops unlocking the app on its next check. An AI Director subscription is cancelled at the same time. Your projects and exports stay on your computer.

## Credit packs and renewals

Credit packs and later AI Director renewals aren’t covered by the self-serve button. If something went wrong with one, email [support@gameclip.io](mailto:support@gameclip.io) and we will sort it out. Cancelling stops future renewals at once.

## Outside the window

After 14 days, write to [support@gameclip.io](mailto:support@gameclip.io). We look at every request, and the consumer law of your country always applies.
