Refund Policy

AI Director (monthly subscription)

AI Director starts with a 7-day free trial. You aren’t charged when you sign up. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically every month and those payments are non-refundable: the trial is your 7 days to decide at no cost.

GameClip Lifetime (one-time purchase)

GameClip Lifetime has a 7-day money-back guarantee. Within 7 days of your purchase, ask for a refund in your account (press Ask for a refund and tell us in a few words why) or by email, and you get the full amount back. The key stops unlocking the app. After 7 days, the purchase is non-refundable.

Credit packs

Credit packs are one-off purchases. A pack is refundable within 7 days of purchase only if none of its credits have been used; once you use any credits from it, it’s non-refundable. The monthly credits included in AI Director aren’t packs: they follow the subscription’s rules. Monthly credits are spent first, then packs, oldest pack first. Refund an unused pack yourself in your account.

Mistakes on our side

Duplicate charges, or charges caused by a technical error on our side, are always refunded in full.

Chargebacks

If you open a payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us, your account is suspended until the dispute is resolved: your keys stop unlocking the app. You can still sign in to your account and reach support. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, everything comes back as it was. Please write to us first: we answer quickly.

How to cancel

Cancel AI Director any time in your account with Cancel trial or Cancel subscription, or from Manage billing. During the trial, cancelling ends it at once and nothing is charged. After the trial, cancelling stops the renewal: you are not charged again, the current month isn’t refunded, and the key keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. The email we send 3 days before your trial ends also has a one-click cancel link.

How to ask for a refund

Use your account for a Lifetime purchase or an unused credit pack, or write to support@gameclip.io from your account email and tell us which payment it is. Refunds go back through Stripe and usually reach your card in 5 to 10 days.

Earlier purchases

Subscriptions and purchases made before November 4, 2026 keep the terms in force when they were made.

Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
